The 9^th Annual Tupelo Film Festival will take place May 16- 19, 2012.  A tradition since 2004, this film festival brings together a collection of dozens of films and hundreds of film fans from all over the world.  A combination of film screenings and workshops, this film festival aims to be a centerpiece in the Tupelo Film Commission’s goal of fostering a vibrant film community in the Northeastern part of Mississippi.

There will be awards given to films for the categories of student, short film, documentary, animation, music video and feature.  Judges are film industry leaders and fellow filmmakers from all over the nation.  See the 2011 winners here and get ready for another great year of films!

Ticket admission is $5.00 on the 16^th, $15.00/$7.50 for seniors and students on the 17^th-19^th, $5.00 for after parties on 18^th and 19^th (if you have not purchased a day pass), $40.00 for an all access pass, and $10.00 for the Saturday workshops.  The festival will take place at The Lyric Theater located at 201 N.
