3rd Annual Hernando Farmers Market
| | | For the third year in a row the City of Hernando, MS will host the Hernando Farmers Market each Saturday from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. The outdoor market, certified by the Mississippi Department of Agriculture and Commerce and located downtown on the Historic Hernando Court House Square, has unique offerings like Brown’s Dairy milk, cheese and butter from grass-fed cows, goat milk soap and lotions, landscape plants, cut flowers, home-made canned and baked goods, award-winning woven baskets, fresh fruits and vegetables and farm-fresh eggs. The Sweet Tea Jubilee Band from Corinth, MS will help us kick off Blues Month at the Welcome Center from 11:00a.m. - 1:00p.m. on Friday, September 3. Sweet Tea Jubilee will entertain guests while promoting the Blues in Mississippi and will also provide iniformation on other venues that they will be performing at locally within the next month. Mississippi Blues literature will also be available. |
