The new Museum of Mississippi History and Mississippi Civil Rights Museum in Jackson explore how one state changed the world. Once you visit the museum, venture to some of the 25 sites on the Mississippi Freedom Trail to experience history at the source.

The new Mississippi Arts and Entertainment Experience is an interactive museum highlighting the state’s legacy in the arts, covering literature, music, visual and the performing arts. The MAX opens April 28, 2018, in Meridian.
