Saturday, January 18

10:00 am – 2:00 pm

Mississippi has a great collection of storytellers. On this special day, join us as we celebrate those storytellers from our past and listen to those with us now. This event is an artistic, literary adventure as we share the art of storytelling in many forms with special guests including Doris Jones, Shanina Carmichael, and more! The Storytelling Festival is included in general admission and museum membership, and is sponsored by the Mississippi Arts Commission, a state agency, with funding, in part, from the National Endowment for the Arts.
