Marking the 50th anniversary of the death of Pablo Picasso, this exhibition at the Mississippi Museum of Art explores Picasso’s work with landscapes. The exhibition highlights his re-imagination of the genre as well as the influences for some of his works. Picasso (1881-1973) was a Spanish artist, recognized as one of the most influential of the 20th century, and responsible for more than 16,000 works in his lifetime.
