Mississippi musicians remain a vital part of the American musical tradition. For the 65th GRAMMY® Awards ceremony, The Recording Academy recognizes some of the music industry’s best recording professionals, including a few of the Magnolia State’s native artists. Along with the GRAMMY® Museum Mississippi, the sister museum of the first GRAMMY® Museum in Los Angeles, Mississippi holds the distinction of the largest per capita number of winners.
