Hernando Farmers Market

The Hernando Farmers Market brings together the best of local food, artistry, and the agricultural traditions of the mid-south community. Located on the quaint historic Town Square and open each Saturday from Mid-April through the end of October, the open-air market features fresh, locally grown fruits and vegetables as well as fresh local milk, grass-fed beef and pork, cage-free eggs, local honey, canned/preserved items, and more. Local artisans selling unique handcrafted items can be found around the square, under the large shaded tree canopy. Throughout the season, enjoy live music, food demonstrations, gardening tips, and special events that will take place during market hours.
