Anchuca Historic Mansion & Inn
Anchuca was first constructed in the late 1820s but was later upgraded with Greek revival styling in the late 1840s by wealthy Vicksburg residents, Jane and Victor Wilson. The home now serves as a bed and breakfast and restaurant. It is located in historic “Old Town” Vicksburg within walking distance of museums, churches, antique shops, art galleries, and other attractions.
The historic home is listed in the National Register of Historic Places and is furnished with fine antiques and art from the late 1700s to the mid-1800s with all the modern-day luxuries added for present-day guests. Accommodations include eight rooms and a guest house. Amenities include a seated breakfast, historic house and garden tour, and use of the property’s swimming pool, shaded courtyard, and off-street parking.
Tours are offered Monday through Saturday from 9:30 AM to 4 PM.
